How to Assemble BBS Center Caps?
BBS Wheels is a renowned wheel manufacturer globally, offering an extensive range of styles and sizes. With their diverse wheel collection, BBS center caps have also evolved. Some BBS center caps are simple clip-on hub caps that can be easily removed by prying them with a screwdriver next to the original BBS hub cap. Once removed, align the centre section of the rim with the new BBS center cap and press firmly.
However, some BBS center caps are more complex and consist of multiple parts that need to be assembled to form a complete unit. One popular combination for BBS Center Caps is #09.24.206 offered by Rhinotuning.
This particular combination includes five parts: For BBS center caps waffle plates, For BBS center caps hex nuts, For BBS center caps thread parts, For BSS center caps center rings, and universal BSS Center Caps.
2. Insert the three clips on the top of the BBS center caps thread parts into the three long holes on the top of the BBS Hex Nut.
3. After completing these three combinations, attach a BBs Center Caps waffle plate from beneath the BBS Center Caps Thread Part.
4. Finally, set a steel ring on top of a threaded one.
Once assembled in this manner, the final product is ready. To install it on your rim, simply rotate it in its position. It's quite straightforward! If you don’t understand, you can refer to this picture.

Combination method:
1. Insert three clips from the Universal BBS Center Caps into the middle of the BBs Hex Nut.2. Insert the three clips on the top of the BBS center caps thread parts into the three long holes on the top of the BBS Hex Nut.
3. After completing these three combinations, attach a BBs Center Caps waffle plate from beneath the BBS Center Caps Thread Part.
4. Finally, set a steel ring on top of a threaded one.
